1. Scope of Services

​

• Full Photo Package​

        The Photographer will capture 20–25 high-quality digital photos per purchased routine, focusing on the best moments.

​

• SafeKeeper Package

        The SafeKeeper package includes 10 high-quality digital photos per purchased routine, carefully selected to capture key moments of the performance.

​

• Video

        If purchased, the Photographer will provide one high-quality video recording per routine.

​

• Highlight REEL

​       Short 20-30 sec cinematic highlight video with the best moments of the routine (perfect for social media)

​

• Video + REEL

        Full routine video + highlight reel

​

       Please note: The Photographer can capture either photo or video per routine, not both at the same time. If both services are desired, they must be booked for different routines.

2. Pricing & Discounts

   Save with direct payment! Standard pricing applies when paying by Zelle, Venmo, or Cash:

1 routine: $45

2 routines: $85

3 routines: $120

4 routines: $150

   If paying by credit card, a small processing fee is added to cover transaction costs:

1 routine: $50

2 routines: $95

3 routines: $135

4 routines: $170

• ​Discount applies only to photos of the same gymnast or siblings. If registering for multiple gymnasts who are not siblings, please submit separate registrations.

3. Payment & Reservation

​​​

• Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. To ensure your reservation is secured, please complete the payment at least 24 hours before the gymnast competes to avoid any issues.

• Payment Options:

  • Zelle, Venmo, or Cash – standard pricing (best value).

  • Credit Card – available through the website checkout, includes a small processing fee as listed above.

• For last-minute bookings, payment can also be made on the day of the competition before the gymnast’s rotation starts via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

4. Delivery Timeline

​

• Photos/videos will be delivered within 1-3 weeks after the competition.

• Galleries are processed in the order payments are received — the earlier the payment is completed, the earlier the photos are delivered.

 

5. Usage Rights

​

• Clients receive personal usage rights, including sharing on social media and with friends and family.

• Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of the photos is not permitted without written consent from the Photographer.

 

6. Refunds & Cancellations

​

• All payments are non-refundable once made.

• If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the event, the payment may be credited toward a future session.

• If the event is canceled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund or credit.

• A full refund will be provided for any missed routines or technical issues.

• If the gymnast is unable to participate in the competition due to illness or another unforeseen event, a full refund will also be provided.

 

7. Liability Waiver

​

• The Photographer is not responsible for disruptions, lighting conditions, or venue restrictions that may affect photo quality.

• Every effort will be made to capture the best possible images under the circumstances.

 

8. Model Release & Promotional Use

​

• By agreeing to this policy, you grant permission for the Photographer to use select images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless you opt out.

• Checkbox available at registration to opt out.

 

9. SafeSport Certification

​

• The Photographer is USA Gymnastics SafeSport Certified and adheres to all professional and ethical guidelines set forth by USA Gymnastics SafeSport policies.
