Competition Photography Policy

 Please read carefully before completing your reservation.

​

 1. Scope of Services 

​

• 5-Photo Package
  The Photographer will provide 5 high-quality edited digital photos from the purchased routine, carefully selected to capture the best moments.

• 10-Photo Package
  The Photographer will provide 10 high-quality edited digital photos from the purchased routine, carefully selected to capture the best moments.

• Full Photo Package
  The Photographer will provide all good photos from the purchased routine, with a minimum of 20 photos, focusing on the best moments.

• Video
  If purchased, the Photographer will provide one high-quality video recording per routine.

​​​​

• Highlight REEL
  A short 20–30 second cinematic highlight video featuring the best moments of the routine, perfect for social media.

• Video + REEL
  Full routine video + highlight reel.

​

    **Please note**: The Photographer can capture either photo or video per routine, not both at the same time. If both  services are desired, they must be booked for different routines.

 2. Pricing & Discounts

     Photo Packages

        Standard pricing:

• 5 Photos — $25

• 10 Photos — $40

• Full Photo Package — $55

• $40 per routine

       Highlight REEL

• $70 per routine

      Video + REEL

• $90  per routine

​

        Advance Booking Discount: Save $5 per routine on any photo package or video when booked and paid for before the first day of competition.

​

        Sibling Discount: Families registering two or more siblings may receive an additional $5 discount on each routine after  the first 4 routines. Each gymnast may be registered for up to 4 routines. This discount applies only to siblings and does not  apply to unrelated gymnasts.

 3. Payment & Reservation

        Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

        To ensure your reservation is secured, please complete payment at least 24 hours before the gymnast competes.

         Payment options:

• Zelle, Venmo, or Cash

• Credit Card through the website, if available

 

        For last-minute bookings, payment may also be made on the day of competition before the gymnast's rotation starts,  subject to availability.

4. Delivery Timeline

• Photos and Videos: delivered within 14 days after the last day of competition.

• Highlight REELS: delivered within 21 days after the last day of competition.

• Orders placed and paid for before the competition begins will be processed in the order payment is received.

• Orders placed after the competition has started will be processed based on the gymnast’s competition schedule, with earlier competition days receiving priority.

        If you have not received your photos or videos within the stated delivery timeframe and have not received an update  from the Photographer, please contact the Photographer.

 5. Usage Rights

       Clients receive personal usage rights, including sharing on social media and with friends and family.

       Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of the photos or videos is not permitted without written consent from the  Photographer.

 6. Refunds & Cancellations

       All payments are non-refundable once made.

       If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the event, the payment may be credited toward a future session.

       If the event is canceled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund or credit.

       A full refund will be provided for any missed routines or technical issues.

       If the gymnast is unable to participate in the competition due to illness or another unforeseen event, a full refund will  also be provided.

 7. Liability Waiver

       The Photographer is not responsible for disruptions, lighting conditions, venue restrictions, schedule changes, or other  circumstances beyond the Photographer's control that may affect coverage or photo/video quality.

        Every effort will be made to capture the best possible images and videos under the circumstances.

 8. Model Release & Promotional Use

       By agreeing to this policy, you grant permission for the Photographer to use select images and videos for marketing,  portfolio, and promotional purposes unless you opt out.

       An option to opt out of promotional use is available during registration.

 9. SafeSport Certification

      The Photographer is USA Gymnastics SafeSport Certified and adheres to all applicable professional and ethical  guidelines set forth by USA Gymnastics SafeSport policies.
