Cancellation Policy

For regular photography sessions, including portrait and family sessions, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable, but the session may be rescheduled for another available date. For events and competition photography, payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except as specifically stated in the applicable photography policy. If an event or competition is canceled by the organizer, the payment may be refunded or credited toward a future booking, as applicable. If the Photographer is unable to provide the contracted services due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
